Working within Talent Acquisition, your mission will be sourcing the industry relationships and insights that will serve as the foundation from which we influence organizational decisions in; Talent, Team and Strategy. Our recruiters accompany candidates along the new team member journey, from the very first engagement to day one on the job, and beyond. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll act as a brand ambassador in the employer marketplace, telling the story of Target as a top choice in a sea of other places to work, and showing candidates what it’s really like to work somewhere they already love.
As a Lead Executive Search Consultant, you’ll be on the forefront of driving innovative change to the executive recruiting landscape. Lead the creation and execution of strategies that allow for deep market and competitive talent intelligence. Through those comprehensive marketplace insights, take the lead on building relationships with industry leaders, positioning yourself as a brand ambassador, industry expert and trusted career counselor. Leverage your strong analytical thinking to innovate on new ways of data acquisition, talent engagement and brand building. We’ll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as an executive search professional. The exciting part of retail? • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of executive retained search or corporate executive search
• Versed in online recruiting methods and isn’t afraid of the cold call
• Highly developed conceptual skill with an ability to conduct extensive research to develop market insights and is able to synthesis the insights into actionable strategies
• Enjoys complex problem solving and has a desire to drive change
• Can envision how to create content to engage executives and build a brand
