Description

  • Manage full life cycle recruiting: setting interview strategies, recruiting procedures, evaluate selection criteria and testing techniques to ensure compliance.

  • Create effective sourcing strategies and techniques using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, social recruiting and other relevant passive recruitment methods.

  • Develop and drive an engaging and positive candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs, providing advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company and value position in order to qualify candidates and articulate business needs.

  • Develop and oversee employment/recruiting expenditures budget.

  • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing the employment process.

  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.

  • Recruit candidates for higher level positions within the organization.

  • Manage contingent labor on and off boarding protocols.

  • Manages global LinkedIn contract and administration.

Candidates most successful in this role possess:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field and minimum 5 years professional level recruiting and/or human resources experience, including managerial experience.
