What we do in Talent Acquisition:

Every day we Source, Select, Secure and Socialize the best talent for multiple functions within CWT. We are all about the 4 “S’s”…CWT is continually expanding and so we ensure that we recruit only the best and give our stake holders a great experience.

What we need:

We need your energy, recruitment and leadership experience as well as your passion for people. As a TA manager, you will be all about ensuring that our team are at their best and delivering a great TA experience to our candidates, hiring managers and colleagues. Key requirements of the role include:

  • • Solid recruitment experience in a fast paced environment; no two days are the same.
  • • History of successfully leading a team; size does not matter.
  • • Understanding of recruitment tech such as ATS, on-boarding and other HR systems.
  • • Stake holder management and reporting; we are all about great communication.
  • • Strong multi-tasking abilities; you will be working on several roles so this is essential.
  • • Enjoying what you do and having fun. Spending around 8 hours day on average together; you want to be happy, right?
  • • Provide recruitment support and guidance to hiring managers and candidates.
  • • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other means to source candidates for open jobs.
