Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Coordinator - Goal to ensure outstanding candidate experience and effective on-boarding to CWT by supporting Talent Acquisition team to execute administrative tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
Responsible for administrative support for Talent Acquisition team to ensure outstanding candidate experience and effective on-boarding to CWT to include; branding and posting jobs, scheduling interviews, VCI background checks, New Hire Paperwork, I-9's, On-boarding support as needed and misc administrative support.
- 3+ years HR Administrative background within mid-large company
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition - processes, system and tools strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail combined with strong ability to prioritize and multi task effectively
- Flexible and agile; able to work in fast paced environment effectively
- Customer centric
- Understanding of HR compliance practices
