Senior Recruiter - Contract

Full Time Contract Job

ACIST Medical Systems is currently looking to add a Senior Contract Recruiter to our HR team.  This position is responsible for utilizing creative sourcing and recruiting methods to identify top-performing candidates for open positions. The Sr. Contract Recruiter will establish and maintain strong partnerships with key functional leaders and hiring managers while creating a positive candidate experience as an ambassador for ACIST Medical Systems.  This position manages full-cycle recruiting and the selection process for primarily exempt level positions. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple positions within the organization
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills and experience related to the position requirements
  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media (LinkedIn) and networking to build a pipeline of viable candidates for current and future opportunities within the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop a recruiting strategy and provide a high level of service throughout the recruiting process by maintaining on-going, pro-active communication regarding status of open positions/candidates
  • Works with HR and Administrative staff to coordinate and schedule in-person candidate interviews, feedback meetings and reference checks
  • Recommends appropriate employment offers based upon internal equity and external competitiveness; ensures appropriate approvals for all offers are obtained; accountable for creation and delivery of accurate offer letters and partnering with appropriate HR team members to coordinate background checks and initiate onboarding activities
  • Through use of the Applicant Tracking System, maintains accurate candidate and requisition data to ensure accurate reporting

Required Skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in either a corporate and agency recruiting environment
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting for exempt-level position
  • Experiencing building and executing recruitment strategies for engineering related positions
  • Medical device industry experience preferred
  • Professionalism in handling confidential information is a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong detail orientation, follow up and organizational skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office suite, especially MS Outlook
  • Prior experience employing social media, career boards and other on-line resources to attract and interact with applicants
