Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Braun Intertec, an employee-owned, recognized leader in the civil engineering and related testing services field enjoying record growth, has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our busy recruiting team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinatorprovides support to the Talent Acquisition Team and interacts with employees and candidates from multiple business units.  The role supports Talent Acquisition by coordinating activities throughout the hiring processes to ensure consistency and efficiency, and may actively source, screen, and recruit roles as needed.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Enter requisitions into the Applicant Tracking System and posting jobs on internal career site as well as external resources
  • Manage the interview scheduling process to include travel and logistical arrangements
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with reporting metrics, EEO/AA tracking, and other reporting requirements
  • Intake, administration, and reporting for the Braun Intertec employee referral program and new hire signing bonuses
  • Support of hiring and onboarding process to include coordinating the completion of new hire paperwork, background checks, and internal notifications
  • Twice-weekly coordination of employee orientation
  • Development and communication of continuous improvements in support activities, processes, and orientation
  • Assist with coordination of campus recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition/talent development related events
  • Participate in some or all of the full-life-cycle recruitment process to include sourcing, screening, and recruitment of candidates

Required Experience Required Experience/Education:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more (1+) years of experience directly supporting a talent acquisition/recruiting team
  • Experience and skill in using MS Office applications (including Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems

Nice to Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Experience reviewing resumes and screening candidates for open positions
