MoneyGram is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator.  Ideal person will be a tenacious problem solver, resilient to shifting priorities, and have a strong organizational paradigm.  This position plays a key role in supporting a high performing Talent Acquisition team.   Strong MS Outlook, MS Word, and attention to detail skills are critical to success.  This position has high visibility across all levels within the organization, so strong communication (written and verbal) skills are needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling candidate interviews and communicating with Recruiters, Interviewers, and Candidates.  At time scheduling will be across multiple time zones, in geographically diverse locations, and through a variety of media;
  • Drafting of New Hire offer letters and other new hire paperwork
  • Administering internal and external customer surveys
  • Greeting candidates for onsite interviews and ensuring itineraries stay on track
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the Talent Acquisition team and business partners

Skills and Experience Required:

Educational Requirements: 

HS diploma or equivalent relevant experience; Post-secondary business course work or degree preferred

Required Skills / Experience

  • 3 - 5 Years of office / administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, particularly with complex calendaring
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and high level of detail orientation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and independently prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Flexible team player with a desire to contribute new and improved ideas and/or processes to enhance current approaches to the business
