Full Time Minnesota Recruiter Job

At Ecolab, our Talent Acquisition team is committed to attracting industry leading talent. We are looking for a top-notch Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist to work with hiring managers, build and execute on talent stream strategies, and partner with the Equipment Care business to hire top performing talent. This is an exciting opportunity to develop strong relationships with hiring managers and to develop strategies to recruit for roles across the United States.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Screen talent pools and confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, salary requirements, career pipeline and work authorization
  • Conduct phone screen interviews to identify qualified candidates and partners with managers throughout the staffing process
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective marketplace recruitment
  • Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or education institutions to proactively create pools of qualified candidates
  • Prepare and implement strategies using multiple techniques including online and internal databases, employee referrals, college recruitment, etc
  • Partner with other Talent Acquisition team members to coordinate strategies and activities in order to create efficiencies and collaborate on marketplace talent opportunities
  • Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or equivalent
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Immigration sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales and service position related recruiting experience
  • Ability to demonstrate a successful record of using rapport-building phone skills (listening, probing, persuading) in previous recruiting assignment
  • Strong sales aptitude and ability to effectively use interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates’ qualifications in relation to the position requirements to determine a successful match
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to make recommendations and decisions based on solid assumptions
  • Working knowledge of OFCCP requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
  • Kenexa BrassRing Applicant Tracking System experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, to include extensive use of our internet related recruiting systems
