Full Time Minnesota Recruiter Job

The Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide program and on-campus recruiting support to the Institutional Field Sales Organizations. This position will work in partnership with the Business, Sales and HR leaders in the division to develop and implement effective college recruiting strategies that will support the field talent needs both in the short term and the long term. These strategy implementations will require collaboration with both functional college recruiting teams as well as with the current Field Talent Acquisition team, ensuring best practices are established and shared across the Talent Acquisition function.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Institutional leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition Leaders to drive the strategic objectives and achieve goals established for the TM college recruiting program
  • Create and inspire a shared field sales college recruiting vision
  • Develop metrics and complete analysis on campus recruiting deliverables and results; benchmark and research to support recommendations to college relations team.
  • Assess performance of current targeted schools and provide recommendations for future expansion
  • Build the Ecolab brand on campus and continue to investigate future branding inroad opportunities
  • Develop recommendations and programs within college recruiting activities to provide diverse talent pools
  • Provide on-campus support at career fairs, recruiting events, in-classroom presentations and panel discussions
  • Deliver intern program participation and results based on objectives established by business units
  • Facilitate decision making process for job offers and placement

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business
  • 2+ years Human Resource experience or 2+ Sales Experience
  • Immigration sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in HRIR or MBA
  • Talent Acquisition experience
  • Ability to coach associates and field managers through decision-making processes
  • Effectively able to work across a matrix environment, listening and challenging as an ally
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade others
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time during recruiting seasons (Sept - Nov and Jan - Mar) and up to 15% the rest of the year
