Overview:

Use your energy and drive to help us hire the best and brightest for our company. You will be responsible for: full-cycle recruitment for all levels of positions in multiple locations using the latest recruitment tools, developing strategic relationships with hiring managers, and creatively recruiting and recommending great candidates to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain solid working relationships with hiring managers

• Engage in various recruiting and sourcing channels to augment candidate pipeline

• Create, manage and post current job openings

• Review candidate resumes and applications

• Conduct phone screens, manage assessments and application process, and schedule interviews

• Knowledge of Green Card hiring process

• Work with third party agencies when needed to execute external recruitment strategies

• Maintain accurate files and documentation

• HR reporting as required

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will have a BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field, and three plus years of prior recruiting experience (agency or corporate). Additionally, qualified candidates will have:

• Demonstrated ability to recruit for multiple functions and locations. (technical recruiting experience a plus)

• Successful experience sourcing, attracting and hiring passive candidates

• Disciplined and continuous “talent miner” work ethic

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team

• Ability to independently manage priorities, workload, projects, and deadlines

• Demonstrated candidate management, relationship building and negotiation skills

• Experience with social media sourcing and networking

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
