We are searching for a talented Corporate Recruiter at Pearson VUE in Bloomington, MN. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for positions at all levels for multi-site locations. Our Recruiters are responsible for using the latest recruitment tools and developing strategic relationships with hiring managers. In addition, Recruiters will work closely with their assigned functional divisions to creatively recruit and recommend qualified, skilled candidates from a diverse pool of applicants to meet current and future business needs.

The Recruiter will collaborate with business leaders and peers to deliver consistency in talent acquisition solutions throughout the organization. Specific responsibilities include the following: * Develop and maintain a solid working relationship with the hiring managers and business partner. * Engage in various recruiting and sourcing channels to augment candidate pipeline. * Create recruiting strategies and communicate regularly with functional department leaders and HR Generalists on the strategies while reporting progress. * Manage and posts current job openings and updates. * Review candidate resumes and applications in an OFCCP compliant manner. * Conducts in-depth phone screens, coordinate screening and interviews with hiring managers. * Work with third party agencies when needed to execute external recruitment strategies. * Prepare and maintain accurate files and documentation. * Create job posting by collaborating with hiring managers and peers on job opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or a related field * 3+ years of full cycle corporate recruiting experience * 3+ years experience with applicant tracking systems; iCIMS preferred * 1+ years experience with social media sourcing & networking Preferred Qualifications * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Excellent customer service Skills * Ability to work collaboratively within a team * Ability to independently manage priorities, workload projects and deadlines * Demonstrated candidate management, relationship building, and negotiation skills. * Understanding of applicable multi-state/federal benefits employment laws * Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
