We are seeking an Associate Recruiter to join the Human Resources team in our downtown Minneapolis office. This position will recruit for entry level professionals in multiple disciplines and businesses, with a focus on tax, accounting and corporate infrastructure openings. The successful candidate will primarily:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform full life-cycle recruiting on entry level and administrative positions focused on sourcing, screening, negotiation, and closing

  • Partner with recruiting team, hiring managers and Human Resources Advisors to fill open positions in a timely fashion with high quality talent.

  • Achieve targeted candidate searches via the Internet, employee referrals, placement agencies, unsolicited resumes, and social networks.

  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple requisitions autonomously based on key business needs

  • Work with recruiters and interviewer teams to schedule all phone screens, onsite interviews, debrief sessions, etc.

  • Support all aspects of the recruiting and on-boarding process

  • Communicate interview details to candidate, ensuring that candidates have all of the necessary information


Required Experience & Education

  • 0 - 2 years of corporate recruiting experience, with additional experience in a contingency or retained search firm preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, accounting, finance, marketing, or related field

  • Systems savvy; strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems.

  • The ability to support high volumes of staffing transaction information and thrive in a fast-paced environment will be critical.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in fast paced environment is critical.

  • Commitment to high performance and results with an exceptionally strong sense of urgency

  • Ability to effectively interact with a variety of internal clients.

  • Experience recruiting accounting professional preferred but not required
