At Ecolab, our Talent Acquisition team is committed to attracting industry leading talent. We are looking for a first-class Recruiter to consult with hiring managers and senior business leaders to build and execute on talent stream strategies, and partner with our sales division to hire high performing employees. In this role you will use your expertise to attract top talent and define the recruiting strategy for newly created positions.

What You Will Do:

• Lead best practice national recruiting efforts for a variety of positions

• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to deliver successful hiring outcomes

• Screen talent pools to confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, salary requirements, career pipeline and work authorization

• Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or educational institutions to proactively create a pipeline of qualified candidates

• Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts

• Provide reporting on key sourcing and recruiting metrics by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends for continuous improvement

• Drive impact projects to improve the recruitment and selection process

• Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition team members to coordinate strategies and leverage marketplace talent opportunities

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Industrial Relations, Business or related field

• 3+ Years full cycle Talent Acquisition experience

• 1+ Years experience influencing Managers by providing feedback and coaching

• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in HRIR or MBA

• 1+ Years of sales and service full lifecycle recruitment experience.

• 1+ years of technical full cycle recruitment experience

• 1+ Year of creative market recruitment strategy development experience

• Strong selling skills with the ability to influence candidates and hiring managers

• Knowledgeable in employment law and hiring practices to include OFCCP requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• PC skills including in-depth Internet and database knowledge and working proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

• Kenexa BrassRing Applicant Tracking System experience

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships and networks

• Strong time management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic recruitment environment

• Sourcing skills to include, networking, mining job boards, LinkedIn and social networking venue
