§ Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, and in-office)
§ Keep candidate packets collated and available to recruiters
§ Arrange candidate travel with the in-house travel agent
§ Serves as a subject matter expert of our applicant tracking system, iRecruitment, to include; answering any questions from internal customers as well as candidates regarding the system
§ Develop and post job ads in iRecruitment , search engines, organizations etc.
§ Prepare offer letters and new hire packets for all employees company wide
§ Proactively research and identify top-level talent in support of company core functions through candidate name generation
§ Partner with Talent Acquisitions to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process
§ Source candidates for positions as directed by recruiters
§ Design and maintain Candidate Management Database to track passive candidates
§ Stay current with Industry trends and developments
§ Become a search expert for core functions by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements
§ Attend Job Fairs and participate in college recruiting as needed.
§ Facilitate Employee Referral program through tracking, responding, sourcing and screening candidates for suitability of positions
§ Assist in completing reference checks and background checks for prospective candidates
§ Partner with the Drug and Alcohol administrator to schedule drug testing for candidates
§ Provide support to the College and Internship program as needed
§ Serve as a recruiter for non-exempt recruitment needs and perform full cycle recruiting for these positions.
§ Deliver on-going far superior customer service to team members, managers and HR team
§ Associates Degree in related field
§ 1-2 years experience in the human resources area.
§ Bachelor's degree Human Resources Management, or a related field.
§ Strong communication skills required.
§ Knowledge of recruiting
§ Demonstrated internet and research skills to find both active and passive candidates
§ Values-centered, team player with strong communication, organization and multi-tasking skills
§ Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically Excel and Access
§ Superior Customer service skills
§ Thrive in a fast-paced, results orientated environment
§ Tenacious problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and well organized (Time Management skills are necessary)
§ Desire to work with the sense of “ownership” and “urgency” to see all projects through to completion
