The overall responsibility of this position is the timely and successful recruitment of talented employees for hard-to-fill positions by using creative, innovative strategies to identify talent. This position will also work with the recruiting team to build a pipeline for future skill set and talent needs.
Develop and recruit passive and/or active candidates through a combination of proactive and reactive techniques, including referral generation, social media, position postings, direct sourcing/cold calling and networking, professional associations and research
- Develop proactive current and future sourcing strategies to reduce time-to-fill for future openings
Create innovative sourcing strategies to identify talent through researching and sourcing job boards, networking groups, target companies, social media, internal database and other areas
Understand open position descriptions, technologies and qualifications in order to appropriately source qualified applicants
Partner with Recruiters and HR Managers to be proactive in recruitment searches and make recommendations for additional advertising and networking sources
Support and drive the attraction of a culturally diverse candidate pool while ensuring a positive experience for applicants during their interactions with Prime Therapeutics
Perform in-depth resume analysis and initiate contact with candidates to discuss their current employment status, availability and other pertinent information in order to prequalify candidates' skills and interest in current or potential positions
Develop successful relationships with Prime’s recruiting team and hiring managers and keep them apprised of sourcing efforts on a timely basis
Serve as a subject matter expert on external market intelligence (labor pool, competitors, etc.)
Utilize the most current sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, X-Raying techniques and other methods to identify passive candidates

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of related recruiting experience
2+ years of related experience sourcing and/or recruiting in a corporate or agency setting
· Excellent critical thinking skills
· Excellent interpersonal effectiveness skills
· Ability to use ingenuity to understand and interpret talent market challenges in the PBM industry
· Excellent planning/organizing skills
· Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills
