In this role you will provide general administrative support to our Attorney Recruiting team which focuses on the recruitment of law students and attorneys for our law firm's 20 offices around the world. You will maintain electronic files, arrange interview schedules, maintain our applicant tracking system, and assist with recruitment events.

You will also be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Greet attorney and summer associate candidates and ensure they have a positive experience at Dorsey.
  • Post job openings for attorney positions.
  • Prepare materials for various meetings.
  • Solicit and track post-interview evaluations for attorney candidates and project evaluations for summer associates.
  • Draft and edit agreements based on negotiated terms. Track agreements costs associated with placement fees.
  • Review, submit, and track all reimbursement requests and vendor invoices for the Attorney Recruiting Department.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The role:

  • Provide support for administrative and analytical activities of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Support the employment function to ensure the employment process and record keeping responsibilities are achieved.
  • Coordinate the administrative responsibilities related to all applicable post-offer candidate contingencies, including but not limited to:  background screening, drug screens, DOT compliance checks, and medical physicals.
