Can Do Canines is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities by creating mutually beneficial partnerships with specially trained dogs. We are located in new Hope, Minnesota, serving five states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota. We currently employ 25 full and part-time employees, supported by hundreds of dedicated volunteers.

Hours:

40 hours/week with occasional weekend or evening hours

Salary:

Competitive; Non-exempt, hourly paid

Primary Duties:

Administer and manage Salesforce database, work with staff on any issues regarding the database. Assist Director of Operations to create, develop, and maintain overall integrity of database. Troubleshoot technical concerns: hardware, software, servers and network. Perform weekly back-ups of organizational data. Maintain inventory and organization of computers, telephones, software licenses and accessories/implements. Occasionally supervise volunteers.

Preference for candidate who has the additional following skills or has the ability to learn on the job: Edit video segments for graduation presentations. Set-up, monitor, and tear-down of technical needs during events. Run occasional organizational errands. May include working facility tours and fundraising events.

Experience:

Knowledge of and experience in working with computer networks, servers and server maintenance, and relational databases. Specific knowledge of SalesForce is highly desired. These qualifications are generally obtained from two or more years of related work experience. This position requires the ability to provide technical support for Mac and PC computers, use a telephone and computer to perform work, the ability to pay attention to detail, and work comfortably with deadlines.

Software Qualifications: Salesforce CRM, Google Applications, Adobe Creative Suites, Microsoft Office, and Windows Server 2012 R2.

Education: Two year degree and two years of related experience, or four or more years of related work experience.

Knowledge of and experience working with people with disabilities are preferred.
