This position is responsible for IT technical support at the St. Paul JCC.
This position will assist with training, procurement, installation, and trouble-shooting of all IT hardware and software, which includes Mac OS.
The position requires flexibility, organization, responsiveness, great attention to detail, and the ability to exercise confidentiality.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to work independently and also as a respectful, contributing member of a team.
This position is 40 hrs/week and reports to the IT Director.
•Install hardware and software
•Provide technical assistance and support for end users
•Train staff on IT systems
•Assist users with AV equipment
•Troubleshoot network and wifi
•Setup and manage accounts on servers
•Develop and document technology procedures and manuals
•Maintain Mac and Windows operating systems, software and hardware
•Assist in testing and maintaining database integrity
•Research new technology
•2-5 years relevant experience or education, certifications a plus
•Experience with Mac and Windows operating system configuration is required
•Experience with Active Directory, Exchange account set up and MS Office
•Experience with FileMaker Pro, SpiceWorks, scripting, configuration management, Apple Remote Desktop, Hyper-V, and VPN is a plus
•Must be self motivated, detail oriented, and organized
•Excellent customer service and communication skills required
•Ability to work onsite
