I will add to these as new questions arise (updated May 16th): At MinneBar 9 a frequent question was: “Are the jobs posted in the usual places really the only ones out there?” My answer was: No There are a lot of reasons for this and we can talk about them another day. Minnesota IT Job Board FAQ’s – Why

It happened again… during MinneBar 9 (spring 2014) and for the 4th year in a row I was having conversations all day with companies having a hard time finding IT pros and IT pros saying they couldn’t find cool companies to work at. How can that be??? They were in the same sessions… eating in the same cafeteria.
