ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
In this position, you will assists in the day-to-day execution of the information security programs at Univita as directed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executes information security strategy and goals and gives input regarding department's strategic priorities.
- Researches, recommends, and implements systems, procedures, and other changes to enhance the level of information security and corporate assets.
- Conducts vulnerability assessments and identifies corporate security vulnerabilities, providing remediation recommendations and reporting.
- Coordinates enterprise physical security needs.
- Implements and maintains various information security toolsets (DLP, IAM, SIEM, etc...)
- Works independently and within a team on Information Security projects to meet enterprise goals and objectives, and serves as a liaison to other corporate departments and/or client representatives.
- Helps to develop communications and actively promotes related campaigns for Information Security awareness.
- Participates with information technology departments to establish technical security architecture decisions, standards and related needs
- Participates in the computer security incident response team efforts and other security investigations activities as assigned.

Requirements:
Minimum
- Four or more years of experience with information security based responsibilities.
- Broad knowledge of the field with strong technical skills and subject matter expertise in both technology and information security methodologies and standards
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management or an IT-related discipline
Preferred
- Five or more years of experience of information security related responsibilities
- Audit, Compliance, and/or Legal concept knowledge and experience
- Experience with vulnerability management scanning platforms.
- Knowledgeable of DLP principles.
- Knowledgeable of IAM principles.
- Knowledgeable of SIEM.
- Professional certification such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
- Information Technology certification such as GIAC, Security+, and vendor-specific security technologies (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)
