The Force.Com Web Developer role delivers projects in a B2B Environment for a medium-size manufacturing company who sells through dealer channels. You will play a critical part in both ongoing and new IT initiatives to support and drive business growth. This role will translate customer feedback into value-added system enhancements. Upcoming projects for which this person will be responsible may include:
• Sales Order Entry – shopping cart on B2B Portal
• Leads Enhancements
• Sales Reporting in B2B Portal
Requirements and Skills
4 -year Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a business-related technical field.
4+ years experience in a web developer role, Object Oriented Development Skills (.net, Java)
3+ years experience in Salesforce.com architecture, design and development.
3+ years experience with full cycle software development, preferably in an agile environment. Experience should include all of the following; design, coding, testing, release, and maintenance.
2+ years experience with one of more of the following skill sets: Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, and Web Services.
2+ years of experience in one or more of the following skill sets: SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, Apex, XML, JavaScript. AJAX, HTML, and CSS.
1+ years experience with Integrated Development Environments such as Eclipse
Salesforce.com Certified (DEV 501) Developer
Demonstrated ability to effectively work in team environment with varying skill set levels
Strong initiative and personal accountability
