I will add to these as new questions arise (updated May 16th):
Why post here?
I have an extensive network in the IT community and add on a significant online presence… I think I can be of some help with this.
How much does it cost to post?
Free for the foreseeable future.
How do I post?
For now, send me a Word document. In a couple of weeks (mid June) I will create a log in for you.
What can be posted?
Text, links, images, logos, social media icons, embed video, etc. You can be creative with this.
Can we post all our jobs?
If all is 3 or 5? Yes. If it’s 10+ send me a few high priority jobs. We can also post a “one for all” post.
What if we need more help than to post jobs?
Here are the ways I can be of help:
- You just need to talk to someone about what is going on with recruiting and Minnesota
- Monthly retainer to continuously “scout” or “source” IT pros
- Startups who need someone to run their recruiting function part time or as a project
- Retained and contingent searches… usually done as a fixed flat fee vs %
- Recruiting training by topic or half/full day boot camp to include:
- Social Media
- Writing better jobs ads
- Employer branding
- Recruiter branding
- Closing candidates
- Recruiting strategy
- Career page content
- Candidate experience
- Leadership education on MN workforce, future of the workplace
