Rather than cover a specific topic like tech recruiting, LinkedIn, recruit like a startup, writing better job descriptions… I’m going to do a session that is going to be a checklist of things to do in the New Year. I’ll take a topic like candidate experience and give 2-4 action items or “to do’s” that attendees can take back to their office.

So if you’re thinking about how to change up, update or try something new with job descriptions, working with hiring managers, metrics and analytics (and more) this is a lunch ‘n learn you want to attend.

If you a specific topic you would like to see covered send me a note paul@mnheadhunter.com

Minnesota Headhunter for current blog posts and Minneapolis IT Jobs for searches I am working on.
