Recruiting For Minnesota Startups is a presentation I have done numerous times over the years at MinneBar and this spring through the Google for Entrepreneurs program.
Here are details:
If you already know how to find a co founder, recruit a CTO and build a team of 20+... this is not for you.
If you are like most groups and having some difficulty sourcing, recruiting and closing candidates... this conversation is for you.
NOTE: this is about creating a recruiting strategy that works for tech, marketing or any kind of company or firm.
What is the agenda?
One part presentation and one part discussion. I’m going to cover a lot of ground including:
- Career page content
- Writing better job ads
- Twitter and Facebook
- Creating talent pools
- Employer branding
While I have a bunch of information I know most startups need… your questions, stories and thoughts are requested.
