At Ecolab, our Talent Acquisition team is committed to attracting industry leading talent. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in St. Paul, MN. This individual will lead the hourly recruiting team and create strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and TA Leadership. The right leader will provide clear work direction for the hourly Talent Acquisition team and run a full desk. The TA Specialist will develop/deploy strategies and capabilities that enable quality/time metrics to be exceeded for hourly Supply Chain roles across the United States.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach Supply Chain hourly Talent Acquisition team
  • Drive utilization of TA team and resources throughout Ecolab NA plant network
  • Screen talent pools and confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit, salary requirements, career pipeline and work authorization
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, to include extensive use of our internet related recruiting systems
  • Conduct phone screen interviews to identify qualified candidates and partner with managers throughout the staffing process
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies
  • Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations or education institutions to proactively create pools of qualified candidates
  • Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts
  • Promote the Ecolab brand to build and maintain a reputation as an Employer of Choice
  • Attract top entry-level talent by executing a robust recruiting strategy
  • Consult with HR and hiring managers on talent market information, hiring trends and recruiting best practices
  • Identify and help lead initiatives that drive hiring efficiencies and improvements to our recruitment efforts
  • Assist with other recruitment tasks as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or Human Resources
  • Immigration sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to demonstrate a successful record of using rapport-building skills
  • Ability to effectively use interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates’ qualifications in relation to the position requirements to determine a successful match
  • Working knowledge of OFCCP requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships
  • Kenexa BrassRing or Workday Applicant Tracking System experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to make recommendations and decisions based on solid assumptions
  • Must be process oriented and adaptable with proven drive and follow through in a fast paced, results driven environment
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently, as well as in a team setting
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills balanced with vision and creativity
  • Strong time management and organizational skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple priorities and a meticulous attention to detail
