SPS Commerce, a cloud based SaaS technology company, is currently seeking a Recruiter to join the team.  Ideal candidates will have a blend of agency and corporate recruiting background, and have a passion around sourcing, engaging passive candidates, and have a laser focus on candidate experience.

Our recruiters are also responsible for building strong, transparent relationships with managers, and act as a consulting resource to our business leaders.  This includes leveraging recruiting data / reporting to provide insight, guidance, and advisement in regards to the recruitment cycle.  Our team also partners closely with our HR Business Partner teams to help provide holistic and unified services to our business leaders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job identification to managing through the onboarding process.
  • Proactively source qualified talent through various channels including LinkedIn, referrals, professional organizations, job postings, etc.
  • Support diversity initiatives and establish relationships with minority, veteran, and disabled person’s organizations.
  • Facilitate the candidate evaluation and feedback processes.
  • Managing and utilizing recruiting metrics,reporting standards, and stakeholder dashboards 
  • Attend relevant networking events to expand network and elevate our employment brand within the community.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience;
  • 4+ years related and applicable proactive recruiting experience with proven results
  • Strong technical acumen with applicant tracking system(s), preferably iCIMS
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively interact and influence at all levels within the organization
  • Avid social media user
  • Excellent organizational, time, and project management skills
  • Previous success setting priorities and solving problems in a challenging, fast-paced environment

Desired experience

  • Proven success recruiting in sales/ variable compensation roles
