JOB PURPOSE:
The Jr. Recruiter will be responsible for assisting Recruiter and Senior Recruiters with all recruiting functions including screening and interviewing potential candidates.
This opening will focus on supporting the Talent Acquisition function, primarily working on corporate roles at the Buffalo Wild Wings Home Office.
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide ongoing support to the recruitment team in matters related to the recruitment process at BWW.
- Scheduling interviews and travel associated, communications with candidates and customers

Coordinating and oversee the on- boarding process for Home Office new hires

Compile and complete documentation required to process internal transfers.

Point person for temporary staffing needs. Work directly with preferred vendors and business on temporary hiring requests. Organize temporary vendor list and maintain relationships.

Responsible for recruiting for assigned non-exempt and exempt positions

Partner with recruitment team by attending hiring events, career fairs, and events that support BWW hiring needs and external pipeline. On an ongoing basis, assist in building the pipeline of candidates through use of internal and external sources.

Partner with Team Members in home office new hire orientation process.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist Director of Talent Acquisition and Recruiters with various recruiting initiatives and projects

Serve as resource for business leaders and management

With Director, TA and recruiting team serve as a Talent Acquisition representative for the business

Conduct phone interviews and in person interviews with potential candidates

Manage external relationships with staffing vendors and other TA vendors
-
Work closely with business leaders regarding hiring activity activities
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required
-
Bachelor Degree, or equivalent experience within a Human Resource department
-
2+ years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
-
Experience working with in a corporate recruiting department, support the recruiting function
-
Experience managing or supporting elements of the recruiting process
-
High level of organization and attention to detail
-
Skill in time management in a busy work environment

Experienced in Social Media programs and supporting communication and tools
-
Ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize projects to support recruiting and hiring activity, with a high degree of autonomy
-
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the utmost level of professionalism
-
Professional written and verbal communication skills
-
Good working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, PC Hardware, and MS Office

Travel: minimal, < 10%
Preferred

Experience with sourcing methods to include: tradition, networking, internet, social media

Active Linked In presence

Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to support the recruiting process
