Full Time Recruiter Job
Major Function:
Support Toro's talent acquisition strategies by utilizing best practice recruiting strategies and tactics to source, identify, attract and hire new talent into the organization. Responsible for working with HR team and hiring managers by following efficient and effective hiring practices. This is a temporary position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support company talent acquisition strategies in alignment with Toro’s business objectives.
- Build relationships and partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand talent needs within the organization.
- Learn and follow Toro’s recruiting and selection processes and procedures.
- Seek candidates through a variety of methods including but not limited to:
- Develop relationships with key resources for purposes of direct sourcing
- Contact current team members to identify possible candidates
- Conduct website searches, creating posting agents, posting to and mining job boards, and managing relationships with applicants applying to the Toro website
- Evaluate candidates through behavioral based interviewing and other selection techniques.
- Utilize creative talent acquisition methods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of recruitment/selection experience or a combination of education and experience.

Proven direct sourcing and recruiting best practices proficiencies. Proficient with applicant tracking systems. OpenHire experience a plus.

Executes strategies, goals and objectives to completion.
