Teach at Minnesota's first coding bootcamp
Likely you have heard about the “skills shortage” and “the war for talent”… that Minnesota’s tech companies can’t hire fast enough, can’t afford to wait and struggle to find skilled product-centric developers that can build the next generation of products.
And you probably have heard about “code schools” in other parts of the country.
Minnesota here we go…
Concordia University, with the help of Software Craftsmanship Guild, is starting Minnesota’s first coding bootcamp (Concordia University Coding Bootcamp) to help turn people into smart developers and to help Minnesota’s best and fastest growing tech companies find the technical talent they badly need.
We will teach our students precisely what they need to succeed at a hot startup or in a development team tomorrow. We won’t just teach them code. We will teach them to act, think, and work like professional developers.
The first coding bootcamp starts January 2015.
