Minneapolis – St Paul ranks 48
They used these data points:
- Unemployment rate
- Rate of per capita income growth
- Families living below the federally designated poverty level
Deaths from circulatory-system diseases per 100,000 residents
- Percentage of possible sunshine
- Ozone level
- Average commuting time from home to workplace
- Mortgage affordability
