Hi Christina,

That's very pragmatic counsel to go right to target employers' websites.

However, it's also worthwhile to invest one day in setting up feeds from the major job boards and from Google Alerts.

I wish there was a silver bullet for finding posted jobs on-line, but there isn't.

My clients and I have found that Google alerts produce more openings than the job boards do. However, my clients get unique openings from each board as well. My blog post at http://bit.ly/dxRmRj shares some stats on this and shows how to set up productive Google alerts.
