For a few weeks I have been trying to get over to the Como Park Zoo and Marjorie McNeely Conservatory and finally today I was able to get there (this is the last weekend of the winter flower show).
It is a great place to take a stroll, clear one’s mind, have a great conversation, smile because of all the kids who you hear asking their parents questions they cannot answer and generally put your yourself in a new environment.
And it does not hurt that it is warm, humid and the flowers smell really good.
Here are some photos from the walk today (3/20/10):
I have posted the rest of the photos, click Paul DeBettignies on Facebook to see them.
They are using Social Media so you can find more information by clicking Como Park Zoo & Conservatory on Facebook and Como Park Zoo and Conservatory on Twitter
Beautiful shots! Reminds me I have not been there for awhile.
