The first-ever Penguin Day DC will take place in Washington, DC on Saturday, April 7, 2007, immediately after the NTC. We'd love to see you there!
Penguin Day DC is being organized by Aspiration, PICnet, and NOSI. We're finalizing venue details as I write, but as folks are starting to make travel arrangements, we wanted to invite you to include Penguin Day DC in your plans!
For those of you who have not encountered them, Penguin Days allow nonprofit organizations to explore the range of opportunities, issues, challenges and options involved using Free and Open Source Software (F/OSS). For more information on Penguin Days, see http://penguinday.org/ .
